New mailing address for BMB

Brett's internet is down, so I'm doing this little update for him.

Brett would like you to send your letters and packages here, to his new address.

From what I understand, if you have sent him anything to his address in Maseru, he will still get it. However, it will just take awhile for him to make it back to the capital to get it.
